Job Description
5-7 years’ experience in Sales - Central Air Conditioning (Installation) preferred from Residential market.
You will also play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service that reflects positively on the company's reputation.
Collaborating with senior sales management to shape sales plans and budgets, contributing valuable insights to refine processes and enhance efficiency.
Regularly evaluating team performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing corrective measures when needed, all while fostering a positive team culture.
Working closely with sales management at higher echelons to define sales plans and budgets, leveraging your insights to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Undertaking frequent performance reviews of team members, furnishing constructive input and enacting necessary improvements, all while nurturing a positive team milieu.
Acting as a key bridge of communication between sales representatives and upper management, ensuring steady exchange of updates, progress updates, and adept conflict resolution to promote cohesive amalgamation.
