Join our growing team and lead the Marine section on a new and exciting project in Umluj, KSA!
What You'll Do:
Lead by Example: Supervise and coordinate all marine construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved methods, schedules, budgets, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
Client Liaison: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with client representatives at the project site.
Technical Expertise: Provide your team with the necessary technical documentation and ensure timely requests for resources, materials, and tools.
Project Management: Monitor and report on work progress, maintaining detailed records.
Design & Quality Control: Review and coordinate design submittals from contractors, managing any design conflicts and variation orders on behalf of the client.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that could impact project quality and timely completion.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 10 years of field experience in infrastructure and/or offshore/marine construction projects, preferably gained in the MENA region.
Proven experience working for international contractors.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
