Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Collection Efforts: Make daily phone calls to overdue customers to collect outstanding payments.

  • Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with your Team Leader by requesting SMS communication with customers when necessary. Escalate any complex issues to your Team Leader for resolution.

  • Field Collection: Conduct field visits to deliver warning letters to customers' homes or workplaces, as required.

  • Documentation & Recordkeeping: Send faxes to customer workplaces as needed and maintain accurate follow-up notes on customer payments.

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.

  • Customer Data Management: Research and identify new customer contact information through various means, and provide it to your Team Leader for system updates. Ensure the confidentiality of all customer data.

  • Account Management: Maintain daily communication with customers across all categories.

  • Problem Identification: Identify cases where customers are deliberately avoiding payment (skipper cases) and share this information with your Team Leader.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily updates to track customer payments and identify outstanding accounts.

  • Teamwork & Motivation: Promote a positive and supportive team environment.

  • Reporting & Preparation: Prepare and maintain all collection and customer follow-up records.

  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Kuwait's geography to assist with field visits for delivering warning letters.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
