We are seeking a Filling Maintenance Technician to maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; and supervising staff.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

• Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

• Meets maintenance budget by providing annual budget information; monitoring, expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

• Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.

• Monitor the targets of Performance (TE, OE, MTTR, MTBF, TD…) and use them in order to build action plans and priorities of the cells.

• Is part of the FDS Processes & prioritizes the work orders into a preventive maintenance action plan for the area (yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily) consistent with the site priorities (SQCDM).

• Lead & manage the organizations and the resource for UHT / TTOP cells.

• Apply the set preventative maintenance programs and procedures.

• Ensure that the right spare parts are available for all the cells.

• Determine and justify the budget (Spare parts / internal labor / Contractors) for the cells.

Skills

Job Requirements:

• Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing.

• Strong Expertise and Hands on Experience on Dairy and Juice Filling and Packing, Machines (for bottles, cups, and carton packages) involving High Speed and Complex end of line Automation.

• Should be able to work on both mechanical and electrical aspects of the machines.

• Strong Knowledge of Dairy Industry is a must.
