Key responsibilities

1. IT infrastructure: Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services. Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of IT systems.

2. Server Administration: Manage Active Directory, Users & Group policies, DNS, DHCP, Windows File Server, and Windows Update Server.

3. Cybersecurity: Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect the organization from threats and breaches. Stay current with cybersecurity trends and best practices.

4. SAP S4 HANA & ODOO Point of Sale Administration:

   • Manage and support the planning, design, and customizations of SAP/ODOO systems within the organization.

   • Strong knowledge of business & operational processes in SAP S4 HANA modules like MM, FICO, SD & Warehouse Management.

   • Oversee the day-to-day operation of SAP/ODOO systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and business continuity.

5. BI Reporting: Proficiency in reporting software like Power BI, Excel with strong Analytical thinking, and an understanding of databases and SQL.

6. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring the timely resolution of issues and effective utilization of resources.

7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Skills

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successfully leading IT teams.

• SAP & ODOO experience (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Business Process & System Integration.

• Previous experience in Mid to Large-scale organizations, and managed Mid IT teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Solutions, including design and implementation of Windows Server platforms, Office 365 migrations, Active Directory, Group Policy, System Center Configuration.

• Deep understanding of Network Switches, Network Routing, MPLS, Network administration, Network integration, Network Security, and network advancement.

• Strong knowledge in various systems and software:

  • Operating systems: Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMware

  • Backup & Recovery: Unitrends & Veeam

  • Firewall & Endpoint: Sophos XG & Sophos Central

  • SAN & NAS: Q-Nap & HP Storage

  • BI Software: Power BI report designing

  • Database: Oracle & SQL

  • ERP: SAP S4 HANA & ODOO
