**Growth Marketer (Part-Time) – Saleem Help build a global platform for Muslims**

At Saleem, we are building a platform that helps Muslims around the world discover mosques and prayer spaces, pray together, and gain insight into their prayer habits.

Think of it as a “Google Maps for Muslims” — community-driven and built around connection.

Users can:

- Add mosques and prayer locations
- Indicate where and when they are going to pray
- Connect with others to pray together
- Track their own prayer history and statistics
- Discover prayer spaces at work, school, or elsewhere

We are currently a startup in the growth phase with a small and ambitious team of 3 people. That is why we are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Marketer who wants to do more than just run campaigns — someone who genuinely wants to help build a mission-driven product with global potential.

**About the role**

As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for helping Saleem grow its user base, partnerships, and community engagement — both online and offline.

You will have a high level of ownership, freedom, and responsibility in shaping our growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**

- Building, managing, and expanding partnerships
- Maintaining relationships with mosques, organizations, and communities
- Managing and growing social media channels
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Running paid ads on social platforms
- Supporting community building and engagement
- Contributing creatively to the growth and positioning of Saleem

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 3 years of experience in marketing or growth marketing
- Has experience growing companies, communities, or apps
- Speaks fluent English
- Works independently and proactively
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Has experience with social media marketing
- Is familiar with tools such as Canva
- Has a genuine interest in the mission behind Saleem
- Is entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a startup environment in The Hague

**Nice to have**

- Understanding of Islamic values and norms
- Experience working with Muslim audiences
- Knowledge of Ramadan and Eid campaigns
- Familiarity with halal branding
- A network within Muslim communities
- Being part of the target audience yourself

**What we offer**

- Part-time role (8–24 hours per week, flexible in consultation)
- Initially freelance with the possibility of a permanent role
- Salary indication of €3,500 gross based on a 40-hour work week (calculated pro rata)
