#### **Job Summary**

We’re looking for a **Event Marketing and Community Manager** to lead community engagement, partnerships, and digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about **content creation,** **scaling communities, managing partnerships, and driving event-based growth** while coordinating with external partners and agencies.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

#### **📢 Community Engagement & Growth Execution**

- Develop and implement strategies to **grow MTF’s community** across digital platforms and live events.
- Manage MTF’s **social media channels** by creating engaging, growth-focused content that builds community awareness and excitement around events.
- Coordinate **content production** (video) and manage content shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and execution.
- Build relationships with **influencers and thought leaders** to amplify MTF’s reach and relevance.

#### **🤝 Partnerships & Sponsorship Management**

- Develop and maintain relationships with **sponsors, influencers, and key partners**.
- Manage the execution of sponsor activations and partnership commitments during events and digital campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials from partners and sponsors are shared at key moments to maximize exposure and engagement.

#### **📧 Growth-Focused Digital Campaigns**

- Run marketing campaigns to drive ticket growth and engage the audience like email campaigns and segmentation.
- Use data analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and growth.
- Develop strategies for **audience acquisition and retention** across all digital platforms.

#### **🎉 Event-Based Community Activation**

- Work closely with our onsite events team to deliver in event activations and engagements.
- Oversee the distribution of event materials (flyers, banners, digital content) for maximum visibility.
- Manage the post-event content pipeline, ensuring materials are optimized for continued audience growth and audience engagement.

#### **🔗 Coordination with External Partners**

- Collaborate with the external marketing agency on strategic campaigns, while managing **day-to-day execution** internally.
- Assist with maintaining MTF’s website and digital assets to ensure timely updates and relevance.
- Support external PR and media outreach to maximise MTF’s visibility in the tech ecosystem.

#### **Required Skills & Experience**

- 2-3 years of experience in community management, marketing, growth strategy, partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven success in **growing online communities** and managing digital campaigns.
- Strong experience in **social media content creation, influencer outreach, and partnership management**.
- Skilled in using **email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards**.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for **tech, diversity, and community-building** in a global context.
