Our ecosystem includes founders, donors, scholars, and spiritual leaders reimagining generosity and justice through faith-rooted innovation.We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to translate our work into clear, consistent, and compelling communications across platforms, audiences, and formats.

#### Role Summary

You will support content execution across social media, email campaigns, digital assets, and internal comms. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to create clean, on-brand, story-rich content in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll work cross-functionally to launch new programs, build community engagement, support partner efforts, and ensure our brand is showing up consistently and meaningfully across all channels.

This role is for a strong executor and creative strategist, someone who’s comfortable running a full campaign calendar, coordinating across teams, and making sure nothing drops. You’ll report to the Head of Agency and work closely with Product and Growth.

#### What You’ll Own

- Develop and schedule social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, IG, Youtube, TikTok),
- Support copywriting for email campaigns, websites, and eventsHelp produce and update decks, case studies, and Hero stories,
- Maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic across all marketing touchpoint,
- Track content performance and iterate based on feedbackWork in tools like Notion, Canva, Google Suite, Clickup.

#### What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications,
- Ability to write clear and compelling copy with editing skills, especially for brand voice and clarity,
- Strong skills in cross-functional coordination and content production,
- Attention to detail and ability to meet fast deadlines,
- Experience in social impact, community orgs, or global initiatives,
- Familiarity with mission-driven storytelling and faith-adjacent content.
