ArabicHomeschool.com is an interactive online Arabic learning platform for children. We help parents give their kids the gift of Arabic in a fun, engaging, and structured way.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven **Affiliate & Partnerships Manager** to find, contact, and onboard Muslim influencers and organizations to promote our platform through our affiliate program and strategic partnerships.

#### **🔹 Key Responsibilities**

✅ Research & Identify Influencers and Partners – Find Muslim influencers on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram, as well as potential partner organizations like mosques, Islamic schools, and community centers.
✅ Outreach & Relationship Building – Contact influencers and organizations via DMs, emails, and networking to introduce them to our affiliate program and partnership opportunities.
✅ Onboard Affiliates and Partners – Guide affiliates and partners through the signup process and ensure they complete onboarding.
✅ Ensure Promotions Happen – Follow up to ensure affiliates post about Arabic Homeschool using their unique referral links or agreed promotional methods.
✅ Track Performance – Monitor affiliate and partnership performance, ensuring they drive traffic and sign-ups.
✅ Event Sponsorships – Set up sponsorships for relevant events (with a fixed sponsorship amount instead of commission).
✅ Optimize & Scale – Continuously refine outreach strategies and identify new opportunities to grow our affiliate and partnership network.

#### **🔹 What We’re Looking For**

🔸 Must be fluent in English (bonus if also fluent in Arabic).
🔸 Experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or business development.
🔸 Strong communication skills – Ability to send professional yet friendly DMs and emails.
🔸 Self-motivated & results-driven – This role is about closing deals & driving sign-ups!
🔸 Basic understanding of affiliate marketing (or willingness to learn).
🔸 Comfortable using tools like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, email, and Google Sheets.

#### **🔹 Compensation**

💰 **Base Salary:** $200/month
💰 **Commission:** Earn 10% of new revenue generated each month from signups brought in by the affiliates or partners you onboard and manage.

📌 **How It Works:**

- When an affiliate you onboard gets a new subscriber, that subscriber pays **$15 for their first month** (after the discount).
- You earn **10% of the total revenue from all new signups each month**.
- **Example:** If affiliates bring in **100 new signups in a month**, you earn **$150 in commission ontop of your base salary**.
