**Job Description:**
Amova Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and culturally aware caregiver to provide in-home care for an elderly Muslim man living with dementia. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference by offering respectful, person-centered care that honors the client’s dignity, values, and faith.

**Responsibilities include:**

- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Personal hygiene support (with sensitivity to modesty and privacy)
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation (with consideration for halal dietary needs)
- Medication reminders
- Dementia support and redirection techniques
- Encouraging daily routines and gentle mental stimulation
- Observing and reporting changes in condition to supervisor

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience with dementia care preferred
- Understanding of Muslim cultural and religious practices is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Must pass background check and meet agency training requirements
